We talked it over as a family and we are ready to move forward. Can we schedule a time this week to sign the contract? Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon works best for us.

Also, quick question - does the estimate include the gutters we discussed, or is that a separate line item?

Hi Danny,

I just got off the phone with my adjuster and she mentioned there may be an issue with the supplement amount. She said the line items for the ice and water shield were not properly documented.

Can you look into this before Thursday? That is when we have the follow-up call scheduled.

"Adjuster confirmed Wednesday at 2pm. Homeowner will be present. Scope should cover full tear-off plus soffit repair on the east side."
